Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration in Mason, OH area is seeking an experienced Masonry Restoration Superintendent to lead field operations on heritage and commercial restoration projects.

You will supervise crews, interpret blueprints, ensure safety, manage schedules and materials, and deliver high-quality restoration work on time and within budget. Minimum 5 years in masonry restoration and 3+ years in leadership required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry restoration experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of multiple employees, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitor crew work for quality.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Conducts regular tailgate safety meetings.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
• Enforces all company and client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Submits crewmembers’ timesheets into payroll by deadline.
