Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Masonry Restoration Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring high-quality restoration projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role requires coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, equipment, and materials while enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry restoration experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and restoration details.
• Strong coordination and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of multiple employees, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitors crew work for quality.
• Coordinates project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Conducts tailgate safety meetings.
• Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within guidelines and timeframe.
• Enforces all safety policies and procedures.
• Submits crew members’ timesheets into payroll by deadline.
