Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Masonry Restoration Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring restoration projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of restoration masonry materials, methods, and equipment, plus leadership experience overseeing crews and coordinating resources on commercial projects in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial masonry restoration experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Strong planning, resource allocation, and people/equipment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of multiple employees, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitor crew work for quality and safety.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and restoration details.
• Lead tailgate safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Train and guide employees to complete projects within time and budget.
• Submit timesheets by deadline.
