Job summary

Charles Nixon DBA Masonry is seeking a hardworking masonry helper to assist on brick, block or stone projects. Duties include mixing, carrying bricks/blocks or stone, setting up scaffolding, making cuts, and pouring concrete footers. Reliable transportation is required as the crew may move between sites.

Experience is not required to start, but pay is based on prior experience. Applicants must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

• Mix mortar and concrete as needed.
• Carry brick, block or stone to the work area.
• Assist mason with cutting and fitting pieces.
• Set up scaffolding and assist with site cleanup.

Job duties include mixing, carrying brick block or stone, keeping mason in materials to lay, building scaffolding, making cuts, and pouring concrete and footers. Close attention to detail is a must! Must also have your own reliable transportation as the company may move from one site to another in the course of a day. Applicant must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Experience is not required to start however starting pay is based off of prior experience if any.
