Job summary

Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is seeking dependable Laborers to support its Field Operations team. This full-time, hands-on role aids masons and tuck pointers on residential and commercial sites, ensuring safety and efficiency. Night shift from 7pm to 7am with opportunities to learn and grow in the masonry trade.

Responsibilities include mixing mortar, handling materials, building scaffolding, and following lead tradespeople directions. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction or laborer experience preferred.
• Experience with scaffold building and mortar mixing a plus.
• Jackhammer experience is highly valued.
• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
