Mason Street Grill at Pfister in Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking passionate servers to join our premier dining team. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service and share knowledge of the menu, wine, and cocktails to enhance guest experiences.

Prospective team members thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Prior serving experience is preferred; wine knowledge is a plus.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to recommend items.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders with timely and efficient service.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs, responding promptly to requests, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following all company, health, and safety standards.

What you will be doing
