Mason Street Grill at Pfister in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated team member to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will help ensure guest satisfaction by delivering meals accurately and maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness, including resetting tables, stocking service stations, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
• Verify food orders for accuracy, including accompaniments, modifications, and special dietary requests before delivery.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests and respond promptly to requests while supporting the restaurant team during busy service periods.

What you will be doing
