The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a friendly part-time Food Service Associate to join Marcus Hotels & Resorts. You will deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and assist guests with professional hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring guest-service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to stay poised in a fast-paced setting. The role offers mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays with competitive hourly pay and on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 25-30 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
