Qualifications

• PhD degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience with photomask manufacturing and process technology.
• Knowledge of design of experiments and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, SQL).
• Cleanroom experience.
• Familiar with SPC or DOE principles and engineering analysis tools.
• 3+ months of experience with scientific equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment installation and development.
• Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of process performance; defect analysis and reduction.
• Improve quality, reliability, cost, yield, and safety; optimize production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process throughout development.
• Establish control systems to sustain production performance.
• Develop strategies to resolve difficult problems for future use.
