Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant industry experience; or a master’s degree in the same fields with 3+ years of relevant experience; or PhD in the same fields with 0+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience will be any of the following: Equipment systems design, optical metrology, and manufacturing process development. Laser‑material interaction, optical design, and material science.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in: Transferring laser technologies from development to high‑volume manufacturing environments. Troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges and optimize processes.
