Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and suppliers to transfer innovative laser technologies to high-volume manufacturing, improve process reliability, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of industry experience, or a master's/PhD with fewer years.
• Experience in equipment systems design, laser-material interaction, and optical design.
• Strong background in manufacturing process development and metrology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify laser-based manufacturing processes for high-volume production.
• Optimize laser-material interactions and integrate processes into production workflows.
• Design optical systems and metrology tools to support development and manufacturing needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and teams to transfer technologies to high-volume manufacturing.
• Analyze equipment performance and process reliability; stay current with laser tech trends.
