Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks an IMO Module Development Engineer to advance photolithography mask production in a leading-edge semiconductor environment.

You will solve complex process issues, design experiments, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize yield, quality, and safety on-site. A PhD in Physics/Engineering is required, with expertise in photomask manufacturing and DOE/ SPC concepts preferred.

Qualifications

• PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Eng, Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, Chemistry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of photomask manufacturing and process technology preferred.
• Ability to design experiments and analyze data (JMP/SQL) with DOE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment installation and development.
• Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, monitor process performance, and defect analysis.
• Improve quality, reliability, yield, cost, safety, and process stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize processes throughout development.
