Job summary

Leidos Inc is seeking a MAS Technical Engineer with 8+ years in Maximo to lead installation, configuration, and security for a high‑performing MAS environment. You will architect enterprise integrations, implement API management, and drive automation using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, support MAS mobile and SSO, and align with BI reporting needs using BIRT and Power BI in a federal enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced IBM Maximo architecture and MIF experience.
• Hands-on with BIRT and Power BI reporting and data modeling.
• Linux expertise with scripting and performance management.
• MAS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• OpenShift/container deployments and MAS architecture knowledge.
• Experience with MAS automation scripts (Python, XML, JavaScript, JSON).
• Familiarity with secure API management and authentication.
• Strong cross-functional communication with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Design enterprise integration architecture for NASA Enterprise systems.
• Develop API management, authentication standards, and monitoring.
• Define API messages and error handling for integrations.
• Create automation scripts and MAS configurations across environments.
• Configure and support MAS mobile and SSO implementations.
• Manage MAS user synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop data models to support BI reporting needs.
• Use Jira Service Management to track issues and requests.
• Present project information to executives and center teams.
