Job summary

Leidos seeks a MAS Technical Engineer for the AEGIS program to lead Maximo implementations across NASA enterprise environments, ensuring security, scalability and performance. The role requires 8+ years of Maximo experience and advanced Linux skills, with expertise in MIF, REST APIs, and API management, collaborating with leadership, developers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced expertise in IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and REST API integrations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIRT reporting and Microsoft Power BI, including expertise in reporting requirements and data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems, scripting, system operations and performance management.
• Hands-on MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
• Knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform and MAS deployments.
• Working knowledge of MAS licensing, user synchronization methods, or large-scale deployments.
• Experience with secure API management and authentication frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Design enterprise integration architecture to support NASA Enterprise systems.
• Define API management, authentication standards, and monitor integrations.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Support MAS configurations across multiple environments and MAS Mobile setup.
• Manage user synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID and BI data modeling.
