Job summary

Leidos is seeking a MAS Technical Engineer to lead installation, configuration, and integration of the Maximo Application Suite for NASA Enterprise operations. You will architect enterprise integration patterns, implement secure API management, and develop automation scripts across MAS environments.

The role requires 8+ years of Maximo experience, strong Linux skills, and hands-on working knowledge of MIF, REST APIs, and BI reporting with BIRT/Power BI. Candidates must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced IBM Maximo architecture, MIF, and REST API integrations.
• Extensive BIRT reporting and Power BI experience with data modeling.
• Linux OS expertise, scripting, system operations, and performance management.
• MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
• OpenShift and MAS deployments knowledge.
• MAS, SSO solutions, and MAF configuration experience.
• Jira Service Management for issue tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Lead enterprise integration architecture for NASA systems.
• Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Configure and support MAS Mobile and SSO implementations.
• Create MAS configurations via MAF and manage user synchronization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
