McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney with Maryland experience to join its growing practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years handling foreclosures, evictions, or title proceedings for creditors, with strong communication and leadership skills. The firm emphasizes client service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of the states where you practice.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, real estate, or representing financial institutions in real estate matters with courtroom experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, or commercial litigation strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA a plus.
• Willingness to learn foreclosure and real estate law if not yet experienced.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of high-volume statewide foreclosure matters.
• Expedite firm files and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Liaise between the firm and clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and foreclosure personnel.
• Manage files per applicable foreclosure rules and firm timelines.
• Use case management system to create, manage, and review reports.
• Review and execute pleadings and correspondence.
• Maintain updates in client and firm systems.
• Outline, prepare, and present pleadings and legal documents.
• Argue merits at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trials.
• Attend and/or conduct public auctions as needed.
• Review title searches to identify title issues and proper parties to serve.
