Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the practicing state(s).
• Minimum 3 years in finance/real estate or creditors' rights.
• Experience in foreclosure/real estate litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume statewide foreclosure matters.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, courts, and counsel.
• Prepare pleadings and briefs; manage case reports.
• Present arguments at hearings and trials; attend auctions as needed.
• Review title searches and ensure proper parties are served.
