Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• Experience representing creditors in foreclosures and related matters.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of high-volume statewide foreclosure matters.
• Ensure actions to expedite firm’s files and act as liaison with clients and courts.
• Manage files per foreclosure rules and timelines; maintain reports.
• Review and draft pleadings and related correspondence; present at hearings.
• Attend public auctions and review title searches for issues.
