Qualifications

3+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Maryland.
JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in Maryland.
Experience with mortgage foreclosure law, FDCPA and consumer protection laws preferred.
Strong legal writing and editing skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a foreclosure caseload from start to finish.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, investors, and adversaries.
Build relationships with court personnel to manage timelines and filings.
Oversee and mentor support staff handling legal documentation and client communication.
