Requirements include a JD from an accredited school, active state bar, 3+ years in finance/real estate creditor matters, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with state bar.
• Minimum 3 years handling real estate/finance creditor matters.
• Experience in foreclosure, evictions, or title proceedings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of high-volume statewide foreclosure matters.
• Liaise between the firm, clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, and trustees.
• Manage files per foreclosure rules and firm timelines; review pleadings.
• Maintain updates in client and firm management systems; draft pleadings.
• Argue merits at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trials; attend auctions as needed.
