Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Maryland State Bar in good standing.
• Virginia Bar Admission desirable; willingness to sit for Virginia Bar Examination if requested.
• Education: Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience: 1–5 years in real estate, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights; rising talent considered.

Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: oversee Maryland foreclosure matters from assignment to conclusion, including title curative and possessory actions and post-sale processes.
• Compliance & Analysis: review loan instruments and financial documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advocacy & Representation: represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Strategic Advisory: provide analysis and strategy updates to clients with timely communication.
• Legal Drafting: prepare pleadings, motions, and correspondence for foreclosure proceedings.
• Administrative Diligence: maintain case management records with precise documentation.
