Green Thumb is seeking an Account Executive based in Westminster, Maryland, covering the western part of the state. The role focuses on building relationships with dispensaries, educating customers about Green Thumb brands, and driving sales to grow market share in Maryland.

You will travel within Maryland, maintain a robust pipeline, and work with a team to meet quotas. A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required, with a strong go-getter mindset and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably with retailers or cannabis industry experience.
• Must pass background checks and regulatory requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilités

• Strategize and achieve sales goals for Green Thumb in Maryland.
• Educate and train dispensaries on Green Thumb brands and product lines.
• Develop pipelines and opportunities to increase market share in Maryland.
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners, manage pricing and orders.
• Use CRM to track activities, orders, and customer info.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to stay current on market trends.
