Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy programs in Maryland.

You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and monitor client progress, collaborating with families and professionals to ensure effective outcomes. The role involves supervising staff, training teams, and ensuring adherence to BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and licensed in Maryland.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and interventions.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to administer and interpret VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, ABLLS-R.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Experience with online data collection programs preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and BACB ethical guidelines.
• Must pass federal/state background checks.
• Physical requirements and travel up to 45 minutes.
• Willingness to complete background checks and maintain first aid/CPR cert.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify factors contributing to behaviors and skills deficits.
• Analyze assessment data to inform treatment planning and decisions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with evidence-based interventions and clear goals.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure proper implementation.
• Provide training and supervision to ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Regularly collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain open communication with families and professionals about progress and plans.
