Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland license.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify factors contributing to challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with evidence-based interventions and clear behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals.
• Provide supervision and training to ensure fidelity of treatment implementation and adherence to best practices.
• Regularly collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
