Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers for optimal client progress.

Candidates must be eligible for Maryland LBA licensure and preferably have a Master's degree in a related field. The position offers competitive compensation with no minimum or maximum caseload requirements and licensure reimbursement support.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland LBA licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• No non-compete agreements.

• Supervise and support behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families and other professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland LBA licensure
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
