Job summary

Accurate ABA is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team in Maryland. The role focuses on conducting FBAs, creating and implementing BIPs, and supervising staff to ensure ABA program fidelity.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and Maryland licensure, with at least 1 year of experience. The position offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• BCBA Certification issued by BACB.
• Maryland License or eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a behavior analyst, preferably in clinical/educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other assessments to identify function of behavior and develop interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs based on ABA principles.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and staff involved in BIPs.
• Monitor client progress by collecting and analyzing data, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and professionals for consistency across environments.
• Provide monthly parent training.
