Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing Technology Systems to join our Information Technology team in Atlanta. The role leads development, configuration, and support for CLA’s Marketing Technology applications, ensuring data quality, security, and effective integrations while aligning with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a track record in Marketing Technology platforms.

Qualifications

8 years relevant experience required.
Experience with Marketing and Sales Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
Prior management experience preferred.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environment with delivery tools (ADO/Jira).
Strong data governance and integration awareness across systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee development, configuration, and support activities for CLA’s Marketing Technology application team.
Lead MarTech team planning, budgeting, data quality, security, and change management standards.
Manage integrations for all MarTech systems and drive process improvements.
Coordinate hiring, coaching, and performance management for team members.
Partner with product owners and business leaders to deliver outcomes.
