8 years relevant experience required.
Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Marketing technology Leadership: Ensure MarTech team follows SOPs, policies and workload demands; lead integrations and data quality initiatives.
Supervisory: Interviewing, hiring, and coaching Martech staff; manage schedules and performance.
Team Project Management: Lead IT/MarTech projects with budget, timelines and outcomes.
Administrative: Build vendor relationships; validate patches/upgrades; support user requests.
Training and documentation: Develop training procedures and create process documentation.
