Job summary

biBerk is seeking a MarTech Developer Team Lead to guide development, integration, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. You will lead a cross-functional agile team and partner with marketing and product owners to translate goals into technical solutions.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Pittston, PA at least once every other month, with occasional travel to Omaha. Strong C#, .NET, TypeScript, and SPA framework experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/related field or equivalent working experience
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a software developer with 2 to 5+ years collaborating with marketing teams to design solutions in marketing-related ecosystems
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, TypeScript and SPA frameworks (Angular, React)
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams
• Experience with marketing tech such as CRM, campaign automation tools, GA4, and adtech platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional, agile development team including members from development, QA, and business analysts
• Serve as technical SME for platforms and tools used to plan, execute, automate, and measure biBerk's marketing activities
• Translate marketing and business goals into clear technical requirements
• Provide guidance and mentoring including pair programming, code reviews, demos, and 1:1 coaching
• Design solutions to meet business objectives within the enterprise platform ecosystem
• Collaborate with Product owners to ensure requirements and objectives are met
• Follow department-wide standards and contribute to improvements
• Participate in staffing decisions including interviews and hiring
• Create technical documentation and content to transfer knowledge across the team
• Day-to-day code contributions and completing user stories/tasks
• Guide unit testing and work with QA leadership for testing
• Ensure the team achieves system performance goals
• Lead with a security-first mindset
• Take ownership and proactively solve problems
• Think innovatively and solve problems outside the box
• Normal working hours based on Eastern US time
