Job summary

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own delivery, governance, and evolution of the Marketing Technology portfolio. You will lead end-to-end MarTech programs, shape roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive platform integrations with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep technical program management, familiarity with marketing platforms, data flows, APIs, and SaaS.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions and influencing teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms, ecosystems, marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise SaaS technologies.
• Exceptional communication and ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Technology priorities.
• Lead complex MarTech programs from planning through delivery, including roadmaps, dependencies, risks, testing, deployment and adoption.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics to drive execution.
• Provide governance across the MarTech landscape, including platform integrations and technology lifecycle planning.
• Drive executive-level reporting on program health, risks, decisions, and achievements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem and processes.
