Cengage Group is seeking a Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own delivery, governance, and evolution of our Marketing Technology portfolio. You will lead end-to-end programs spanning Martech stack, coordinating multiple functions, dependencies, and platform integrations.

Ideal candidates bring deep technical program management, experience with marketing platforms, data flows, APIs, and enterprise SaaS, plus Agile practices and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms including marketing automation and CRM.
• Understanding of integrations, data flows, APIs and enterprise SaaS.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and tools like Jira/Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional MarTech programs from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate priorities with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics.
• Provide governance across the MarTech landscape including integrations and debt.
• Report on health, risks, dependencies, and key achievements to executives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve MarTech and platforms.
