Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own the delivery, governance, and evolution of our Marketing Technology portfolio. The role requires deep technical program management capabilities combined with an understanding of digital marketing platforms, customer data, analytics, integrations, and marketing operations.

The Program Manager will lead cross-functional MarTech programs, coordinate dependencies, manage platform integrations, and provide

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading large technology programs across multiple functions.
Experience with Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystems including marketing automation, CRM, CMS.
Strong communication and executive stakeholder management, with knowledge of API/data integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio.
Lead complex MarTech programs from planning through delivery, including roadmaps and risks.
Coordinate priorities with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics and others.
Provide governance over platform integrations, tech lifecycle planning and investments.
Report on program health, risks, decisions, and key achievements to executives.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem.
