Job summary

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own delivery, governance, and evolution of the MarTech portfolio, coordinating across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

The role requires strong technical program management, experience with marketing automation, CRM, CMS, data flows, and enterprise SaaS, plus proven ability to drive roadmaps, manage dependencies, and report at executive levels.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions.
Proven ability to work with Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystems (CRM, CMS, analytics).
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise SaaS technologies.
Excellent communication and ability to engage senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio and align with Marketing & Technology priorities.
Lead multi-functional MarTech programs from planning through delivery (roadmaps, dependencies, testing, deployment).
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Analytics and other teams to drive execution.
Provide governance of the MarTech landscape, including platform integrations and lifecycle planning.
Drive executive-level reporting on program health, risks, and achievements.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem.
