Job summary
T-Mobile is seeking an experienced leader to design, develop, and deliver a portfolio of customer engagement and MarTech capabilities in an Agile environment. You will drive data-driven personalization, journey orchestration, and experimentation across the organization to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management.
The role requires strong leadership, product management, and technical delivery skills, with experience in cloud, data pipelines, APIs, and AI-enabled
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with related experience.
- Experience in agile software product development environment.
- 2–4 years experience in a leadership role.
- 2–4 years experience leading teams of 5+ resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical product and engineering teams across MarTech, data, cloud, and full stack capabilities.
- Champion responsible AI tool adoption to improve delivery and personalization.
- Define continuous improvement practices including Agile at scale, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and security.
- Lead vendor relationships and ingest feature requests for campaigns and analytics.
- Drive and maintain the technical roadmap in collaboration with design/architecture teams.
- Recruit and hire qualified managers and team members across multiple disciplines.
