Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a MarTech Integration Manager to oversee data integrations, CDP development, and analytics across our website and app platforms. You will translate technical requirements for business stakeholders and guide MarTech architecture to support omnichannel experiences.

You will partner with marketing, CX, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure data quality and privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR considerations, while driving data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MarTech or digital marketing with tech ownership.
• Experience integrating enterprise MarTech with CMS (Sitecore, Adobe, Salesforce).
• Ability to translate between marketing, data engineering, platform architecture and analytics teams.
• Hands-on with CDPs and MarTech tools managing integrations across the digital ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of attribution, privacy, and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage data management and integrations for marketing platforms.
• Guide technical architecture for website, app, and CRM optimizations.
• Ensure data quality and governance across marketing data collections.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support marketing performance.
