Job summary

Dechra, a global veterinary pharmaceutical leader, seeks a Manager, MarTech & Digital Operations to align our owned digital channels with business priorities. You will manage MarTech platforms, content workflows, analytics, and performance reporting to improve customer engagement.

You will partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Technology to translate data into actionable recommendations, drive website and eCommerce activation, and own the marketing analytics storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong background in marketing operations and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven CRM and marketing automation experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics, attribution, and performance storytelling for campaigns.
