Qualifications

Advanced degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Microbiology, Pharmacology, or related field.
Experience in technical, scientific, and/or R&D roles within animal health pharmaceutical companies.
Global BD or commercial strategy experience in animal health, pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
Experience collaborating with commercial, regulatory, research institutions and regulatory bodies in a global setting.
Experience building strong KOL relationships and networks for product development and launches.
Understanding of global animal health market dynamics, regulations, and competition.
Medical affairs support experience for products/portfolios at regional or global levels.
Product launch experience driving speed to market and adoption.

Responsibilities

Serve as the global technical authority for the Pain and Internal Medicine category.
Provide deep technical knowledge and guidance to internal teams, KOLs and regulatory bodies.
Develop data generation plans (Phase III/IV, outcomes research) to support product value propositions.
Collaborate with marketing to craft technical positioning, messaging and claims.
Lead publication strategies to amplify product position and portfolio value.
Design global technical training for technical and commercial teams and ensure alignment with product differentiation.
