Job summary

Aktion Associates, a North American ERP software reseller, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Martech Specialist to drive landing page programs, SEO initiatives, and measurement across our digital ecosystem. You will own tagging, pixels, UTMs, and analytics while maintaining dashboards to monitor performance.

The role focuses on enhancing website content, optimizing conversion paths, and supporting B2B lead-generation efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing, marketing ops, or related roles.
• Experience with MarTech platforms including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, tag management, and reporting.
• Experience managing website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Working knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and AEO.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain landing page/template best practices.
• Support technical and on-page SEO/AEO.
• Perform website technical QA.
• Execute digital advertising operations.
• Own pixels, UTMs, conversion-event tracking and digital measurement implementation.
• Maintain digital reporting and dashboards.
• Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support technical implementation/testing where website, advertising or other digital integrations are involved.

Digital Marketing & Martech Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain landing page/template best practices.
• Support technical and on-page SEO/AEO.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Operations, or a related role.
• Experience with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, tag management, and reporting tools.
• Experience managing website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Working knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms, campaign execution, and performance reporting.

Experience Supporting B2B Lead-generation Marketing Programs Preferred.

Location:

On-site Maumee, OH Headquarters Office
