Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage website content, landing pages, microsites, and other digital resources for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and manage digital content supporting products, services, campaigns, and financial education initiatives.
• Administer and optimize marketing technology platforms, including CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Partner with departments to support digital campaigns, product launches, and member communications.
• Track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to campaigns, content, and targeting strategies.
• Ensure digital content meets regulatory requirements and maintains brand consistency across channels.
