Job summary

1-800-Flowers.com is seeking a MarTech Data & Integration Developer to build and support the data pipelines and integrations powering our marketing technology ecosystem.

This hands-on role spans data engineering, analytics, and application development to ensure reliable access to customer and behavioral data for personalization, experimentation, and measurement, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics and Data teams to deliver scalable, AI-assisted data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of software development, data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, or similar.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with relational or analytical datasets.
• Experience using Python for data processing, automation, or analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake or a cloud-based analytical data platform.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support data pipelines used by MarTech platforms and digital customer experiences.
• Work with customer, behavioral, transactional, campaign, and clickstream data across enterprise systems.
• Develop SQL transformations and datasets in Snowflake to support personalization and analysis.
• Use Python and SQL to automate data processing, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and perform data analysis.
• Develop and support integrations using APIs, event streams, and batch data processing.
• Build and maintain scheduled data workflows using technologies such as Apache Airflow.
