The role combines cross-functional leadership with deep knowledge of how marketing technology drives enterprise growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can shepherd programs from strategy through to completion and realize measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management programs for MarTech initiatives.
• Develop and socialize a marketing technology strategy to leadership.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to adopt MarTech solutions.
• Monitor adoption, measure benefits realization, and report outcomes.
