Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 7+ years in marketing strategy and technology.
• MBA preferred; 6+ years of PM experience; management consulting experience a plus.
• Deep experience with MarTech platforms including Customer Data Platform.
• Experience with marketing automation to deliver personalized marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication strategy, training, adoption, governance and benefits realization.
• Develop and socialize a marketing technology strategy; communicate business impact to leadership and peers.
• Activate MarTech across channels to improve personalization and automation in customer marketing.
• Assess current MarTech stack, identify gaps, and support roadmap development and market scan.
• Inspire cross-functional leadership to implement and adopt MarTech solutions; manage cross-department teams.
