Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Change Management Martech Innovation Manager to elevate customer marketing experiences through the financial journey, leveraging leading MarTech capabilities.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and deep knowledge of how marketing technology drives enterprise growth. The ideal candidate leads programs from strategy through to completion, collaborating across marketing, technology, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing strategy and technology.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• MBA preferred or related advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management initiatives across marketing, process, and technology changes.
• Develop and socialize a MarTech strategy and roadmap for Huntington’s initiatives.
• Activate MarTech across channels to improve personalization and automation.
• Inspire and lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Measure benefits realization and report business outcomes of changes.
