Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management Martech Innovation Manager to elevate customer marketing throughout the financial journey by leveraging leading MarTech capabilities.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and deep knowledge of how marketing technology drives enterprise growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can lead programs from strategy to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing strategy and technology.
• 6+ years of Project Management; management consulting experience preferred.
• Deep experience with MarTech platforms, including Customer Data Platform.
• Experience with performance-based digital marketing, segmentation, marketing automation, and personalized marketing at scale.
• Experience in marketing automation to deliver personalized marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management (30%) initiatives across marketing, process, or technology changes.
• Develop a marketing technology strategy and socialize its business impact to leadership.
• Activate MarTech across channels to improve personalization and automation.
• Assess current MarTech stack and support a market scan to guide roadmap.
• Inspire and lead MarTech implementation, integration, adoption, and value realization.
• Stay up to date with MarTech trends and share insights with the team.
• Lead cross-department teams to implement and adopt MarTech solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership, collaborate across the enterprise, and communicate effectively.
