Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management activities including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and adoption readiness.
• Develop and socialize a MarTech strategy; drive implementation and value realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, technology, and operations to deliver changes.
