Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Change Management Martech Innovation Manager to elevate customer marketing throughout the financial journey using advanced MarTech. You will lead programs from strategy through execution with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include change impact assessment, communication, training, adoption readiness, governance, and benefits realization, while staying current with MarTech trends and leading platform implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing strategy and technology.
• 6 years+ of Project Management experience.
• MBA preferred or related field experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management initiatives and stakeholder engagement across marketing, process, and technology changes.
• Assess change impact on roles, workflows, and business operations.
• Develop and execute clear communication strategies about purpose, benefits and timelines.
