Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a marketing technology and operations leader to advance the MarTech stack and AI integration across the marketing & experience department. You will manage roadmaps, platform integrations, and vendor relationships while partnering with IT, data analytics, compliance, and procurement.

The role reports to the Director of MarTech and Operations and focuses on budget planning, process optimization, and driving automation across department-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead advancement of the MarTech stack and AI integration to support marketing strategies.
• Manage MarTech roadmaps, platform support, and feature enrichment for marketing users.
• Own day-to-day vendor relationships and cross-functional Collaboration across IT, data, and procurement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for marketing tech initiatives.
• Develop change management programs to maximize adoption of MarTech tools.
