Job summary

Illumio is seeking a Marketing Technology & AI Manager in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own and evolve the marketing tech stack, from Marketo to Salesforce, ensuring scalable campaigns and clean data flows.

You will prototype AI-powered workflows, build integrations, and partner with Marketing, Sales and IT to accelerate pipeline and improve customer engagement. This role demands hands-on leadership, deep technical depth, and the ability to translate complex business needs into reliable Martech

Qualifications

Strong technical problem-solving skills and turning ambiguous needs into working solutions.
Experience designing system architecture, integrations, and automated workflows across platforms.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce.
Practical knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the marketing technology architecture, integrations, and capabilities.
Build integrations, workflows, and automations that connect systems and improve execution.
Identify and implement AI-powered workflows and automation to scale marketing.
Prototype new technologies and rapidly test ideas for production scale.
