Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Experience leading MarTech stacks and AI integration.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven budget planning and resource allocation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement and maturity of the MarTech stack and AI integration.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the marketing department.
• Develop training and change management programs for marketing teams.
• Represent marketing in cross-functional enterprise alignment meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
