Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Commercial Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role partners with IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, AI-enabled solutions across Marketing, Sales, and SPD, shaping our MarTech ecosystem and data flows.

Based in Ewing, NJ with in-person Tuesdays–Thursdays and remote Mondays and Fridays, you will lead technical designs, analyze processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of development or business-systems experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and capabilities.
• Experience with Sales and Marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Revenue Growth Management, Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, and web-development tools.
• Experience designing, documenting, developing, and testing high-performing applications using automated testing tools.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to query databases and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical and architectural designs that align with business needs and promote scalable development.
• Analyze, model, and evaluate current processes, workflows, user flows, and data to recommend improved business solutions.
• Drive simplification, code reuse, and leverage existing system capabilities while maintaining optimal performance and service levels.
• Develop system test scripts to ensure integrated systems are robust, compliant, and meet business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs, implement solutions, and perform unit testing.
